1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Agreement:

• “Aegisify”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Aegisify, Inc.
• “Software” refers to all Aegisify products, including but not limited to WordPress plugins, services, APIs, dashboards, updates, documentation, and related materials.
• “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Software.
• “License” refers to the limited, revocable right to use the Software under this Agreement.
• “Services” refers to licensing services, update servers, APIs, telemetry, dashboards, and support systems operated by Aegisify.
• “Account” refers to any user profile, license record, or domain registration associated with the Software.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using the Software, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement
• Agree to be legally bound by all terms herein
• Represent that you have authority to bind yourself or your organization

If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to this Agreement, Aegisify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software solely for lawful purposes.

License Scope

• Valid only for the licensed domain(s)
• Limited to the purchased license tier
• Bound to your account and usage limits

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the Software
• Bypass or interfere with licensing, activation, or security controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify protected components
• Use the Software for unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes
• Share license keys or exceed domain limits

Violation results in immediate termination.

4. LICENSE ENFORCEMENT & TELEMETRY

Aegisify may collect non-personal technical data to:

• Verify license validity
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Enforce domain limits
• Enable updates and security protections

We may remotely:

• Activate or deactivate licenses
• Restrict access to PRO features
• Block abusive installations

Use of the Software constitutes consent to these mechanisms.

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Ensuring accurate contact and billing information
• All activity performed under your account

Aegisify is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials.

6. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS

Aegisify may:

• Provide updates, patches, enhancements, or feature changes
• Modify or discontinue features or services
• Require updates for security or compatibility

Updates may be mandatory to continue use.

7. SUPPORT SERVICES

Support is provided only to users with valid, active licenses.

Support does not include:

• Custom development
• Third-party plugin conflicts
• Hosting or server misconfiguration

Support may be suspended for abusive behavior.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

• Licenses may be sold as subscriptions or term-based licenses
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal
• Prices may change with prior notice

Failure to pay results in suspension or termination.

9. REFUND POLICY (INCORPORATED)

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Refunds are available only if:

• Requested within 14 days of original purchase
• The license has not been refunded previously
• The account is in good standing
• No Terms violations have occurred

Non-Refundable

• Renewals
• Requests after 14 days
• Accounts terminated for abuse or violations
• Custom or enterprise agreements (unless stated otherwise)
