1. OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products, services, software, websites, APIs, dashboards, and related offerings provided by Aegisify, Inc. (“Aegisify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

• Agree to be legally bound by them
• Represent that you have authority to act on behalf of yourself or your organization

If you do not agree, you must not use any Aegisify product or service.

2. SCOPE – AEGISIFY PRODUCTS COVERED

These Terms apply to all Aegisify products, including but not limited to:

• AegisLink – link management, tracking, and redirection tools
• AegisBackup – backup, restore, migration, and disaster recovery tools
• AegisShield – security hardening, malware detection, and protection tools
• AegisWAF – web application firewall and traffic protection
• AegisSpam – spam prevention and filtering tools
• AegisSEO – SEO automation and optimization tools
• AegisSiteMap – sitemap and robots management tools
• AegisTicket (Free) – support ticketing and communication tools

All current and future Aegisify products are governed by these Terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

Aegisify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the products solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You MAY:

• Use the products on licensed domains only
• Use features included in your license tier
• Access updates and support while your license is active

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute any product
• Share license keys or bypass domain restrictions
• Circumvent licensing, security, or feature gating
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with protected code
• Use products for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activity

Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

4. FREE VS PRO FEATURES

Some products (including AegisTicket) are provided free of charge.

Others include Free, Pro, or Enterprise tiers.

Aegisify reserves the right to:

• Restrict or disable features based on license status
• Enforce feature gating at runtime
• Modify free or paid feature availability at any time

Use of PRO features without a valid license constitutes unauthorized use.

5. LICENSE ENFORCEMENT & MONITORING

To protect against abuse, Aegisify may collect limited technical metadata, including:

• License status
• Domain binding
• Feature usage signals
• Version and environment information

We may remotely:

• Activate or deactivate licenses
• Restrict access to features
• Block abusive or fraudulent installations

Use of Aegisify products constitutes consent to these enforcement mechanisms.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for:

• Your website, server, hosting environment, and data
• Ensuring compatibility, backups, and recovery plans
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Aegisify does not assume responsibility for:

• Data loss
• Misconfiguration
• Third-party conflicts
• Hosting failures
• Security breaches outside the product’s control

7. SECURITY & RISK DISCLAIMER

Aegisify products are risk-reduction tools, not guarantees.

We do not warrant or guarantee:

• Absolute security
• Malware immunity
• Spam elimination
• SEO rankings
• Successful recovery in all scenarios

Cybersecurity, backups, and SEO involve inherent risk. You assume all risk associated with use.

8. UPDATES, CHANGES & DISCONTINUATION

Aegisify may:

• Release updates, patches, or enhancements
• Modify features or pricing
• Deprecate or discontinue products or services

We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility.

9. SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION

Support is provided only to users with valid licenses where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse support for abusive behavior
• Limit or terminate support access
• Require compliance before assistance

10. REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

Refunds are governed by the Aegisify Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key points:

• 14-day refund window for eligible purchases
• No refunds on renewals or after the refund period
• Refunds revoke license access immediately

Refunds are the sole remedy for dissatisfaction.

11. ABUSE, FRAUD & MISUSE

Aegisify reserves the right to investigate and take action against:

• License sharing or circumvention
• Excessive refund requests
• Chargebacks
• Automation abuse
• Malicious or deceptive use

Actions may include suspension, termination, or permanent bans.

12. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in:

• Immediate license termination
• Account suspension
• Loss of future purchase privileges

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Aegisify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months
• Loss of data, profits, or business is not our responsibility

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aegisify, Inc. from claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of products
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Breach of these Terms

15. TERMINATION

Aegisify may suspend or terminate access immediately for:

• Terms violations
• Fraud or abuse
• Non-payment
• Security threats

Termination revokes all rights without refund.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aegisify, Inc., superseding all prior agreements.
