Health Checks Control: Run Now

Description: Run Now triggers a manual health check run for immediate results. How it works: AegisLink executes the health check handler and updates the stored run summary. How to access / enable: WP Admin → AegisLink → Tools & Licensing → Health Checks → Run Now. Recommended setting: Use after big site changes (migrations, product cleanup) to quickly refresh health statuses.

Health Checks Schedule: Daily small batch runs

Description: Health checks run daily and only scan a small batch per run to avoid server spikes on shared hosting. How it works: AegisLink schedules a WP-Cron hook and processes about 25 links per run by default. How to access / enable: WP Admin → AegisLink → Tools & Licensing → Health Checks → Reschedule Daily / Disable Schedule. Recommended setting: Leave daily enabled; the small batch approach is safe and eventually covers your full link set.

How it works: AegisLink opens a Share modal that builds share URLs from your base short URL and selected QR provider. How to access / enable: WP Admin → AegisLink → ShortURL Links → Manage → Share. Recommended setting: Use Share for teams: consistent short URLs and QR codes across marketing channels.

ShortURL Actions: Delete

Description: Delete removes the short link so the slug no longer resolves on your site. How it works: AegisLink deletes the short link post after nonce verification to prevent accidental or malicious deletion. How to access / enable: WP Admin → AegisLink → ShortURL Links → Manage → Delete. Recommended setting: Only delete if you never want the short URL used again; otherwise change the target instead.
