If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms outlined below.

Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved:

- You must stop using the software and uninstall it from all sites
- Access to updates, downloads, and support will be revoked

Subscription Cancellations
For annual subscriptions with automatic renewal:
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

- Partial refunds are not provided for unused time

- Severe, product-blocking bugs affecting core functionality
